The Overseas Desk

When the buyer calls, someone answers. In English.

買家來電,有人接聽。用英文。

A buyer in Sydney or Chicago who finds you will call your number or fill in the form. Native English speakers answer, learn what the buyer needs, tell them what we know about your products, and hand you a warm introduction. Your staff talk to the customer from then on, in one system.

What you get

Overseas phone numbers

Australian, American or British numbers your buyers can call locally. We answer them for you, put calls straight through to you, or your own staff answer them. Your choice, per number.

Native English speakers on the line

People who know your product because they have worked with you. They find out what the buyer wants, answer their questions, and introduce you as a supplier the buyer has already been told about.

A warm introduction, not a cold lead

You get the buyer's name, what they need, when they need it, and what was said. The first conversation with your team starts halfway through.

Overseas SMS numbers

Buyers text. Your staff go back and forth with them on a local number, in English, from the same system, with a Chinese summary when they want it.

Customer service in English

After the sale, the same desk handles the buyer's questions, delivery queries and problems in English, on your behalf, and escalates to your team in Chinese when it needs you.

Everything logged in your CRM

Every call and message is in the customer's record, so your sales and service people see what was said and nobody falls through the gap.

From the first call to the tenth reorder.

從第一通電話,到第十次回購。

Getting found and getting the enquiry is where most systems stop. Ours is built to carry the customer all the way: get found, convince them, communicate smoothly, move to the sale, keep the relationship, service the customer, keep growing. The same system your sales people and service people work in every day.

Communicate smoothly

Local numbers, English on the line, SMS your staff can handle, Chinese summaries when you want them.

Move to the sale

Every conversation in the CRM, so the quote goes out on time and the follow-up happens.

Keep growing

Reorders, referrals and reviews from customers who were looked after properly.

Why a warm introduction matters

The buyer has already been told about you, by someone who speaks their language.

A cold enquiry is a name and an email. A warm introduction is a buyer who has talked to a native English speaker about your products, had their questions answered, and agreed to be introduced. That is a different first meeting, and it closes more often.

Overseas desk questions

Do you answer as our company?

Yes. The number is yours, the greeting is yours, and the people answering know your products because we wrote all the content about them. Buyers are talking to your company.

What hours are covered?

Business hours in the buyer's country, which is usually night-time in China. That is the point: the enquiry is handled while you sleep, and the introduction is waiting in the morning.

Can our own staff use the overseas numbers?

Yes. Calls can go straight through to your team, and SMS conversations run from the same system, so a staff member in Dongguan can text a buyer in Brisbane from a Brisbane number.

Which CRM do you use?

A proven system we set up and run for you, with your users, your pipeline and your access levels. You do not need to buy or learn anything else.

Let a buyer call, and let someone answer.

Tell us where your buyers are. We come back with the numbers, the coverage and the system that fits, and what it costs.

Get your free export plan.

Tell us what you make and where you want to sell. We come back with a plan: the searches your buyers use, the pages you are missing, what the site needs, and what it costs. No charge, no obligation, in Chinese or English.

We only use your details to prepare your plan and reply to you.
